Jasmine is committed to the well-being of young people, improving their communities, and the systems that impact them. Her heart for advocacy and mentorship is inspired by her challenges, resilience, and the support of her community. She is passionate about empowering young people and leaders, and is inspired to offer programming with an emphasis on character and leadership development. PRETTY TALK exists because she whole-heartedly believes in the power of community, authenticity, and vulnerability to connect with and encourage others. She believes there is incredible capacity for change and strength to be gained in nurturing and practicing brave conversations.

Her commitment to youth advocacy began with a career in early childhood development. Jasmine continued her professional development with engagement in various youth leadership and advising positions. After graduating from The Ohio State University and Boston University, her experiences led her to success in juvenile justice and administration. Now a full-time entrepreneur and inspirational speaker, she is the Chief Executive Officer of PRETTY TALK LLC, serving to provide impactful experiences for youth and adults.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Jasmine is blessed to be the daughter of Sharon and (the late) Morris Davis, Jr. - unwavering champions on her journey. In her free time, Jasmine finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends, appreciating fine arts, traveling, being a foodie, and holding space for a little R&R.
