PRETTY TALK is a leadership development organization transforming how people understand themselves and communicate with others by curating and cultivating brave conversations.
Girls Empowerment Programs
Available to girls in 4th through 12th grades,
The Cupcake Experience and The Diamond Experience are designed to develop self-awareness, reinforce positive decision-making, strengthen self-confidence, and increase self-esteem. During this time girls are guided and supported to embrace their unique identities and improve their communication skills.
Each experience is available in increments of 8-week or 12-week options. *Additional options are customizable upon request.
The Conference Experience
In partnership with Jameson Consulting Group LLC, we offer customized conference experiences to engage students in positive community and interpersonal enrichment. Examples include Career Exploration, and Career & Leadership conference.

Professional Development Coaching
Specialized coaching is available for adult professionals looking to enhance communication skills across the classroom, workplace, and boardroom settings.
Our step-by-step approach addresses the following needs:
- helping teachers and staff to intentionally and effectively connect with youth, and
- supporting more collaborate communication and efficient navigation of high-tension environments with confidence.
These specialized sessions include:
- The R.E.A.L. TALK Method focuses on building strong, sustainable relationships with youth.
- The P.R.E.T.T.Y. TALK Method equips professionals to communicate effectively in high-stress situations.
